Trying to rebrand?

… It’s been a while.

I’ve decided to take on the 75 Medium Challenge because I’m ready for more structure, discipline, and calm in my life – without the burnout. I’ve learned that I feel my best when I have a routine, but staying consistent hasn’t always been easy. This challenge feels like a fresh reset button: a chance to slow down, get grounded, and prove to myself that I can show up for my own well-being every single day.

One of my biggest goals during this challenge is to complete the Couch to 5K program. I want to build my fitness gradually, respect my body, and actually finish something I start (huge win energy). Along the way, I’m focusing on the small, everyday habits that often get overlooked but make a massive difference — drinking more water, taking my vitamins, moving my body daily, and fitting in two workouts when it makes sense. Nothing extreme, just consistent effort.

I’m also being more mindful about what I eat. That means easing up on sugar and salt and choosing foods that give me steady energy instead of leaving me feeling drained. Think nourishment over restriction, progress over perfection.

Another big focus is getting more organised. I want my days with intention, keep my space and responsibilities under control, and build a routine that actually allows me to rest without guilt. This This challenge isn’t about doing everything perfectly; it’s about creating habits that support me mentally and physically, and learning to trust myself through consistency.

By the end of these 75 days, I want to feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced and genuinely proud that I committed to the small things that add up to real, lasting change. This is me choosing myself, one day at a time.
