Why are they doing this?
They are focusing on the critical need for all-encompassing care for Highland region women and girls who have survived sexual abuse. Many survivors encounter obstacles when trying to obtain vital resources like emotional support and criminal justice advocacy, even in spite of the growing need for our services. Living in remote, vulnerable areas with little access to local services and dealing with travel problems makes these difficulties much worse.
My story with RASASH
Like myself I have used the RASAH service and was amazed with how supportive their staff was, when i did my sessions it was great. I was able to receive the emotional support I needed because they were able to come up to my rural area. I wish for everyone else to get the same support as I did so this is why you should join the Big Give Women & Girls Campaign.
